The preparations for Heineken presents Sensation already started in Ilsan, Kintex. All you need to know to prepare for the event can be found below.
VIP and Deluxe tickets are sold out. You can purchase regular tickets via Interpark or at the box office at the event.
BOX OFFICE TICKET COLLECTION
If Interpark informed you that you can pick up your tickets at the venue, you can go to the box office at the main entrance. The box office will be open as of 18:00 hrs and will close at 00:00 hrs.
ENTRANCE & TIMES OF SHOW
The doors of Kintex will open at 21h00. The show starts at 22h30. Make sure you are in time so you will not miss the grand opening! Sensation will last until 06h00.
To avoid waiting lines at the entrance, please hold your ticket and ID ready. To ensure safety for everybody in the venue, all visitors will be searched at the entrance.
There are different areas with toilets in and around Kintex. The toilets are free of charge.
Food and beverage can be purchased with special food and drink tokens. These tokens are available at token booths. There are token booths in the halls, in the main area and on the decks. The tokens can be paid for in cash, with bankcard and credit card. One coin costs 3,000 KRW. Please note that coins cannot be returned / refunded at the end of the night.
There are very few parking spaces around the venue, if you want to use them arrive early.
We recommend to use public transport. Also, taxis will be available all night at the main entrance of the Train Station. Subway (Metro) will work normally, the station is Daehwa Station.

PHOTO & VIDEO
You can bring your pocket camera and mobile phone. Professional cameras are not allowed. Upon entering the event you agree to be filmed and / or photographed, the records are exclusive and absolute right of the production.
Kintex is a non-smoking venue. There are designated smoking areas outside.
The minimum age for Sensation is 19 years.
Inside Kintex there is a cloakroom available. The costs are 3,000 KRW.
The dress code is white, which means you have to be dressed in white completely. Shoes do not have to be white. Blue Jeans are not allowed, only white jeans. If you are not dressed in white you will not be admitted entrance even if you have a ticket.
There is a white merchandise stand with a small collection of white clothing, including trousers, located at the lobby.
